How it Works...

Getting started with therapy can be done in three simple steps.

Click on the button below to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to briefly discuss your problem and the type of support you are looking for, as well as ask any questions you may have about therapy.

At the end of the consultation, if we both agree therapy is a good fit, we will schedule your first appointment. A few intake forms will be sent to you electronically via a secure client portal for you to complete prior to your first appointment.

Attend your first session, where we will further discuss your problem and work collaboratively to begin developing a treatment plan specially tailored to meet your needs.
